1 starIf I could leave zero stars I would. I had the worst customer service experience at this Fife ****************** ******* store, and it was beyond unacceptable. The salesperson, Tenishia, was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful from the moment we walked in. She was annoyed that I asked questions that she did not explain correctly, the first time. Rather than assisting us, she acted irritated by our presence and made the entire experience frustrating. All she did was talk about her family instead of focusing on us the clients. But what happened next was absolutely shockingshe actually called the police on my son-in-law simply because he spoke Spanish to my daughter. There was no reason for this other than pure discrimination. This kind of behavior is unacceptable anywhere, let alone at a major company like *******. If you value respectful and professional service, avoid this store at all costs. ******* should be ashamed to have someone like this representing their brand.Review fromCyndi F

1 starI would like to tell people, especially seniors not to do ANY business with this ******* store. They did not tell the truth about about the phone I bought from them. Over charged me for things that just made them a buck. (accessories), I thought I was paying out right for the phone. I told them I want to pay for the phone in full, no contract and no financing. I pay close to $500.00 and now I find out that most of that was for accessories. I would not trust them and I feel that they took advantage of a Senior Woman, I am going to call an Attorney about this and have filed this complaint with the BBB. Thank youReview fromRalph B

1 starScottsburg store Manager, *******, sold me a phone in April 2024. I owned a Note 9 on a no contract for $50 per month. I didn't realize I was dealing with another company TCC. Once I started speaking with *******, who I later found out thru her, she is the manager of the Scottsburg store. I told her I didn't want to go on contract plan. I wasn't a "Business" customer. When I tried to login I was redirected to business. I never asked I for a business account. ******* seemed rushed from the time I 1st spoke to her throughout my whole time there. I didn't realize the store closed at 7pm. I entered the store at 6:45pm. Once we spoke ******* stated "we are having a trade-in promotion." Trade-in my note 9. I would receive $800 torwards the S24Ultra. ******* said the S24Ultra was slightly less than $1200 and I'll have a associate transfer data from your phone to the S24Ultra while we finish the paperwork. The associate took my note 9 with the new S24Ultra to transfer all data. After completion of the contract, ******* went to the backroom and returned with the S24ULTRA ONLY. ******* stated transfer was complete. I looked and it seemed correct. ******* said if I found anything in the next day or two to come back. I NEVER saw the Note 9 once the associate took it to transfer data to the S24Ultra. My new contract stated a monthly charge of $50 per month plus the monthly payment $15 for 24 months to satisfy the difference between the $800 trade-in and the cost of the S24Ultra. I still have my paperwork she hurriedly filled out because now the time was 7:43pm. I paid $159 before leaving the store with ONLY the S24Ultra. I have returned on numerous times to correct the charges. Three times ******* wasn't there and I was told I needed to speak with *******. I've spoken to ******* on 2 occasions. Both times she stated the Note 9 was never entered in their system. So I was being charged as if I never brought my phone in. Instead of roughly $65 per month I'm paying $98 roughly.Review fromKen B

1 starI will not book another event, ever. The fees, after the booking price, are excessive. Almost a quarter of the cost of the ticket. And no option to cancel or change. Never again will I book a function at the TCC or use this booking agency. I would give zero stars if the system would let me.Review fromLauren D

1 starI would only give 0 stars if I could. At first, we thought we were in good hands with a knowledgeable sales associate named Hope. We quickly learned that they get you into the store, you tell them what you want, and tell them what your budget is, they tell you one thing, you agree to it and then you come to find out there are all these fees and surcharges that were not discussed at all for the first month's bill. When we tried to call to figure out the issues we were ignored, we were not called back, then lastly, we went into the store that was a scheduled appointment to meet with Hope and speak with the manager ****. When we got there Hope left earlier than she was supposed to, and **** had an "important" phone call where he could not come out and speak with us to resolve the issues. Frankly I found this to be very rude, unprofessional and our true feelings are that the manager is a "coward". As soon as we left the building, he magically appeared walking out of the office and left for the evening. If you are thinking about going to this ******* third-party retailer, think twice and don't go.Review fromJessica B

I am disabled and unable to drive and the rude salesman literally shooed me out of the store and told me that he wouldnt help me or give me his supervisors information because Im not a ******* customer anymore.Review fromAnn A

1 starI went to the store on **************** in **********, IN on 10/29 between 10 and 11 in the morning. The sales associate was the only employee I saw in the store. I was the only customer. He was rude, totally uninterested in answering my questions, and said if I continued asking questions, he would have to charge me $29.99 for 30 minutes. He did not have on a name tag.Review fromAzalia D

1 starI am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue regarding my experience at one of your retail locations. I was sold a device under false pretenses by the store manager, and my attempts to address the situation have gone unanswered for over a month.During my visit to the ******* ********************************************* in December 2023. I met the store manager ****. I explained to her that we had just purchased a new construction home and that we were only seeking a temporary Internet solution while we were waiting for the Internet Wi-Fi lines to be laid. I specifically told her I was looking for a temporary 2 to 3 month solution. She recommended the ******* home box as well as a ******* hotspot. I specifically asked if once my xfinity Wi-Fi was up and running at my new construction community if I will be able to return both products with no further charge. She assured me that as long as the equipment was returned, the equipment charge would end once I returned the equipment and ended the service. I return the equipment three months later and paid my final bill. I even contacted ******* corporate to confirm this when I was sending back the equipment and she assured me that I would not be charged as long aNS even mailed me a shipping label. After returning the equipment and paying the final bill, I was hit with a $419 bill for the hotspot charge. When I attempted to follow up with the store manager, I was told that **** is no longer the store manager, and there is a new manager by the name of ***, and he would not be able to rectify my situation because he did not sell the product. I asked for my situation to be escalated to the next person in the chain of command, which is the district manager named *************************. I have called on 8/2, 8/15, 8/29, 9/4 and 9/11. I also visited the store in August and on 9/11. ************************* has NEVER CALLED ME despite my multiple efforts to reach her. This lack of communication and follow-up is highly unprofessional!Review fromLisa B

1 starMy daughter went to store and bought a new phone- turned out to be a lemon phone. ******* tech support to her to take it back to the store and get a new one.****, an employee, accused my daughter of throwing the phone at him- NO, she slid it on the table- with no cover, it slides. From the point forward he was rude and called her aggressive. A trainee asked if she should call the police-there was no aggression- not even a raised voice. My daughter said, Tech support said for you to look at the ticket and see that I am to get a new phone. He responded with; You telling me how to do my job? Leave the store. You are aggressive.I went to the store today to give them the trade-in. **** waited on me, and he did not listen to what I was saying. I commented that employee ****** was great and **** was good, but the man who waited on my daughter was not good. He said that was me, pushed the phone at me, and told me to leave the store. This is his jobcustomer service. Neither my daughter nor I raised our voices. We explained the issue, and he refused to help us.
