American Dream Home Improvement (AmeriPro) Agrees to Consent Order Regarding Unlicensed Public Adjusting

The following describes a government action that has been resolved by either a settlement or a decision by a court or administrative agency. If the matter is being appealed, it will be noted below.

On September 6, 2024 the Iowa Insurance Division entered into a Consent Order with AmeriPro following a June 21, 2024 cease and desist order issued by the Iowa Insurance Division related to issues in unlicensed public adjusting.
