      I attended University of Chicago in *********. Everything was paid for through my financial aid grants from the federal/state ***** and scholarship I received from ***. I was always told that nothing was owed and I had a zero balance.I was not made aware of an owed balance from *** till the year of 2024. They now say I owe $4476.06. Part of that is $1546.30 in late fee and past due payment that my account acuquired as they stated I was on a payment plan. They advised they sent letters in the mail and through email. Nothing was ever sent or received through both email/mail. No phone call to advise of an owed balance. Nothing I never approved a payment plan, never provided *** with my checking account info or approved of any payment plan. Financial Aid was paid out through the State and Federal grants to the university and now want to say that this was not cover. I should have a $0 balance with the University. Keep in mind the ******************** says I have a $0 balance when I call them. Please help me get this resolved and my balance updated to $0.

      I cant access my student email and according to the IT department it is supposed to be securely forwarded to my personal email address of ******************** however I am not receiving very important emails. For example I purchased discounted student tickets to an event tomorrow that I have not received and are not being forwarded but should have been
