      This company has very poor customer service. They are not open 24 hours a day, so if you have an issue you have to leave a message or call back when they open. It's like going back to the 1990s. Our company is a nursing home that is open 24/7 and may need support at midnight if there are issues. Also, when we started using them, they set up one of our phones with a voicemail. We were not informed about this voicemail or how to access it. People calling the business were sent to voicemail after 4 rings during the evening hours and were unable to leave a message. I have called about this issue 2ce a week for over a month and they say they're still working on it. We have complaints over this issue repeatedly and they seem unable or unwilling to fix. The other issue we had was they somehow deleted our caller ID feature when switching over. This lasted for a week (calling everday to check to see what the problem was). If this company has been in business for 27 years, how in the world do they have so many issues and terrible tech support.All this to save a bit of money doesn't seem worth it.

      This company has by far been the most unpleasant and unreasonable to deal with the past few months. My company has been a loyal customer for many years and as the times are changing phone equipment just isn't needed. I find it funny that Fusion made us "upgrade" some circuit otherwise we were told our equipment wouldn't function. Being that we had about a month to do so we had no choice but to do so without losing our phones. What we WERE NOT **** is that we were being looped in to a 3 YEAR contract! Not only that, but the penalty to cancel would be to PAY OUT THE **** of the contract left!!!!! Well we put the cancellation through and now they want to charge my company over $6000!!!!!!! We will be fighting this tooth and nail. All I can say is save yourself a lot of $ and headaches by switching to something like Zoom phone! Worst telcom company EVER. I wish I could leave - Stars!

      I have been in contact with Fusion for the past two months about a bill that is already paid with them. We went through all the jokes about sending in a copy of the check, contacting billing, etc. and they are still sending us a collection letter, which is not appreciated as we have never had an unpaid bill in our lives. Do not bother with this company in the first place. Find a reputable business that knows how to treat customers.

      NEVER, NEVER, NEVER do business with Fusion Connect!!!I hope I could give them a Zero star if I can.1. They charge much higher than others.2. Poor service, lot of interruption and outages as other people mentioned here.3. When requested disconnection, I was informed to wait for 45 days plus penalty despite the fact my number had been pulled over one month before! Which is totally different from what I was told when I am ready to do the switch.

      They charge too much. Poor service. Lot of interruption and outages. Avoid Avoid Avoid! Dont sign contract which is hard to get out and too expensive than Spectrum

      Bad business bad customer service bad services provided. All in all these people are crooks. They change thier DBA so frequently to avoid legal implications. I've closed 1 account 3 times now and am still being charged from them and and due a refund aswell . Today alone I've been on hold for 2.5 hours and spoken with 7 diffrent departments supervisors and managers included. No one really knows how to do thoer jobs -except for ***** in customer service she was awesome. In two years of dealing with the gouging of prices with essential rotary dial phones and *** speeds of internet. We were lucky to terminate our contract with these crooks. Yet still 6 months later am still dealing with the same bs. They still charging us for services discontinued more than 6 months ago. I have a legal file the size of a ********* Christmas catalog with notes with whom I spoke on what day nature of call and ticket numbers generated no hope in end. Still on hold no response in end. Really hope I can talk my boss into letting me file a formal complaint so that there might be a resolution in sight for us and potentially other customers in similar situations. Also to avoid new customers from thinking they need these half assed services for the arm and a leg. Multiple tickets still actively open for more than 1 year with no resolution in end. Hoping for better business for a better future for you.

      This Company is a piece of s*** .. they constantly renewing your contract even tho you told them to remove the contract . !! this company need to get shut down ! NOT A GOOD COMPNAY
