      Need parcel from UPS. Their Email said they would deliver april 23 between 12-4pm. I waited. No one came. I checked every hour and then saw a note saying i missed them after 5pm. HA!Called to reschedule delivery to april 24 between 7-9pm. It was scheduled. Found note on my door saying they already came around 4pm.. I called again to ask why they aren't following their schedules as listed to the delivery time on the tracking number. They say they don't know but will "reschedule" my delivery for tonight since it was delivered ahead of schedule. I wait. No one came! I check the tracking number and it lists as being delivered between 12-4pm april 25! And is the FINAL ATTEMPT! This is an outrage! There is no excuse to have scheduled deliveries if they're not going to follow them and not let people get their packages when they're able to! This is a horrible experience. This package is equipment for my child and i really need this package! But all i am getting is the run around. How is anyone supposed to get their package if UPS just shows up anytime? I wasn't going to be home today which is why i rescheduled the delivery time.

      Without a doubt the most useless, incompetent, lazy shipping service I've ever seen. It is impossible to get in touch with them and they do not follow directions in any manner. On this particular occasion I used Amazon, who, for whatever reason chose to use UPS. I've been on the phone for more than an hour trying to grab my package which wasn't delivered because no one read instructions. Absolutely pathetic. I used to work for this disorganized bunch and I'm so pleased I left. I cannot recommend any responsible soul use these folks. Deplorable.

      If I could leave negative stars I would. I live in an older building w/a vestibule & have REPEATEDLY asked my parcels delivered there,in fact on the label, after my name, it says in parentheses (deliver inside vestibule). Apparently UPS drivers are illiterate as my package was left outside on #8's porch (as well as a package for apt 3. This is my meal delivery service, for which I pay a pretty *****. I'm beyond infuriated.

      Avoid using UPS if you can! Do not pay for their 2nd day air if you need something in 2 days. I paid 30$ for 2nd day air and because they received it from the shipper after 5 pm that counts as the following business day! I ordered a package with ***** 2day the day after I ordered a package with UPS 2nd day air and received it the day before my UPS delivery arrived and ***** arrived in the morning while the UPS delivery arrived after 3pm! Their customer ********************** is no help and they don't care. NEVER USE UPS IF YOU DON'T HAVE TO!!!

      I never get my packages on time even though I get emails saying that my packages are coming a certain day. It's always for 5 days late and always beat up looking

      Would leave 0 stars if I could. Paid $65 extra for overnight shipping, 48hrs later and still no delivery. Customer ********************** was atrocious and made no efforts to help.

      I have a home based business and most packages requires a signature. 85% of the time, UPS does not make the delivery within the window time-frame provided by UPS. The time would get adjusted sometime after their initial time, which causes someone to sit at home all day waiting. Very poor service. They can run packages all over the world, but does not have the technology to give a better window of delivery.

      Tried to order a hard cider from a brewery in **. Delivery was scheduled for when I was supposed to be at work. After they failed to follow instructions and send it to my apartment office, I spent 10 dollars to have it sent to a UPS store so I could pick it up after work. After arriving at said store, I was informed that they rejected my package because it has alcohol. Never did it say that this would happen. Spent another 10 dollars to change the date for a Monday when I would be off. After spending an hour and a half battling the stupid robot on the phone was able to talk to someone, where they assured me my package would be delivered when I requested it. After waiting around all Monday, they changed their minds and wanted to deliver it today. After taking off work just so I could receive this package, I was informed it's being returned to sender. I hope the worst for this company and nothing would bring me more pleasure than to see UPS go bankrupt.

      So as of 944 on the 4/21/2025 I have not receive my package that is for signature to receive. The status is still in w. Columbia, sc and I am in ********, sc. but the thing is I have to call tmobile for them to get in contact with a person at ups and that is after ups hung up on them the first attempt. So now I have to what another day to get my package and waste time from work to be home to get the package. When it was already planned on today. Now ups is suppose to be all about logistics. But they keep messing up the little things like updating the system and communication.

      UPS is the absolute worst. My medical supplier sent a package last week. I was tracking it and it arrived in ********** (near my home) on Thursday 4/17/25 early morning. It was supposed to be delivered the same day, but they failed. Same story on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and today (Monday). I have called them several times, and when I was finally able to get hold of a human, they could not locate the package and asked me to contact the shipper to initiate an investigation. Their incompetence has put me in a medical emergency situation. I have asked my supplier to never use UPS again.
