      This company made falls promises collected $3498.50 from ** and did not deliver on a new website for our company. Further more once they had collected half the deposit they gave ** ultimatum to drop all of our other companies that we work with for online marketing or that they were going to drop us as a customer. which was not disclosed to us until after we paid them for there services that we have not gotten till date I asked for a refund on the 25 October 2023 there was no response from the company the owner **** told me that he was not going to refund me and that I should make better business decisions in the future.

      Let this rebuttal be a ****** to all business owners who get a customer who thinks they can use a negative review as a club to exact unjustified refunds etc.

      This fiasco started when this client set up a discovery meeting with us and he introduced someone as one of his employees who wasnt. He was his current marketing person.

      When I reviewed his website, I assumed a family member or someone who knows nothing about web development created it as there were no keywords hence his not ranking on *******

      After our researched presentation into his digital marketing and the massive actions that could be taken to improve it, the client hired us to re-create his website so we can get him ranked on ******* 3/4 of the way into this clients project he canceled then started leaving bad reviews everywhere because we would not give him a full refund.

      The website was done as we were at the client proofing stage when he canceled.
      As per our contract, which is quite clear, we have the right to bill based on hours so even though 3/4 of the website was done and he had paid the 50% down he was demanding a full refund. At this point we sent him all of his new websites content.

      I dont mind the negative review because any company that receives nothing but five star reviews like we do is not seen as realistic. I see the negative review by this person as helpful. Every business owner knows that sometimes you get customers that come in your door that you wish hadnt.

      Advance Digital Media Services has been ******s top ranked SEO company in the ***************** for five years in a row and two years in a row in ******* where we have offices. We are, at the time of this writing, number one on ****** for a SEO *********** ** search, which is where this persons business is located.

      Its usually a smart idea to hire a digital marketing firm that knows how to rank themselves for their own keywords *************** them to rank you for yours. This client decided to go with the person who created his original website showing not only his unethical business practices but his also lousy business decisions. Also always look for a firm that is a ****** Certified Partner like we are at Advanced Digital Media Services.
