      I have gone into this restaurant for 20 plus years and always had wonderful service, my last 2 experiences have been the worst servuce ever. A few weeks ago one of he waiters called an employee of mine fat. The general manager sent 50 dollars to me which we have to my employee who was embarrassed of the *************** I went back to get pizza to go, they had my order as dine in which I physically watched them carry to another table, when the hostess realized he messed up he apologized and boxed it ro go. Once I received my pizza I opened the box as they have consistently forgot to put the peppers on my pizza. ***. I notified the hostess he stuck his finger in my food in my food. Rather then make a scene I ate everything but the two pieces he touched and called in and explained to the manager what had happened. The manager called me a liar and said his employees wouldn't do that, the same employees he said wouldn't body shame either.The manager said he would investigate the issue, 5 mins later he called back and said his employee said he didn't do it so he's not calling me a liar but stated his employees wouldn't do that. Remember they said there employees don't body shame either.

      We were treated really bad just for asking when our table will be ready. Manager Allison was really rude ! Really disappointed very bad customer service . Location in Naples Florida
