      Amazing service. Friendly, courteous and efficient. Had to make our delivery between a truck/trailer and cars lined up across the street Definitely. 5??rating!

      Terrible. A 400lb box consisting of a treadmill, was dumped on our driveway with no help from the driver and no way to move it into the house. How do you expect a man and women (over 50's) to lift a 400 lbs box into the house. It was really stressful and took 2 hours and it was over 100 degrees outside. Worst experience in my life and I will no longer be using a freight company. The driver was unfriendly and did not offer any help or assistance. Just dumped the box and left. It completely stressed us both out and both agree to never move anything by freight again. AND it was meant to be a 4 hour window to deliver and it took almost 5 and a half hours!!! AND the box was smashed in and no care was taken with something that cost us almost $5000 !!!

      Just got my Home Depot vanity delivered this morning. Ryan Stapleton called in to dispatch to communicate a minor detail to the driver. Richard showed up with a smile and stellar attitude. He was very personable, likable and I enjoyed our short conversation getting to know each other. It's important to note that the last thing a customer sees is the driver. They represent their company and if they're in a bad mood or their attitude sucks...it's a reflection of the entire company. This is true for all companies with hard working delivery drivers. In a day and age where it's hard to find good help, ABF should be proud to have Richard as an employee. His attitude made me want to write this review! Thanks Ryan and Richard! Thanks, Matt L*******

      This company is such a mess. While the initial rep I talked to for booking was kind, and the people on the phone at the Cincinnati location were helpful on the phone too, that’s where the positives stop for this place. I was told that my belongings should arrive in NYC between July 5-7. After checking the teaching on July 5, it was still in Cincinnati. After hounding the company, it was finally shipped out and arrived in NYC but couldn’t be delivered for an additional 6 days. On the day of delivery I was told to be ready with movers at 12, and when I called dispatch at 1 P.M. the truck had only just left, leaving my movers to sit around for an hour and a half. I have been promised a reimbursement of $50 for each day that it is late, but that is hardly going to cover the additional labor, air mattress, and supplies that I’ve had to purchase due to their failure to ship out my belongings on time. Comically disorganized and rude beyond belief. Do not trust them with your belongings unless you want unending stress and frustration.

      Unprofessional service. Moved from Kansas to Texas, thinking since it was such a quick move it would be simple -- WRONG. For starters, the truck driver came nearly two hours early to deliver the trailer, tried to call me once, and sent two texts -- THAT I COULDNT SEE, BECAUSE I WAS BUSY LOADING THINGS SINCE I WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE MORE TIME and he was in the middle of driving off while only half my stuff inside before my parents and I saw him and convinced him to back up. While I think he might have done this on purpose (they were still going to charge up full price) he ended up being nice and even helped us load up the heavier items and seal them up. U-Pack/ABF only drives and delivers -- THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU UNLOAD. It was much harder getting everything out of the trailer, since I was by myself. Also, my things sat in dispatch for a day and a half after my arrival in Texas. The call center staff is unprofessional and will have you talking in circles since all they know how to do is pretend they will help you after asking for information, then send you on an endless loop of transfers. No way to contact driver, driver wouldn't listen to instructions of where to park the trailer and insisted that I "follow him" on foot in 105 weather while he drove loops around the complex, leading me to collapse on a stairway due to heat exhaustion. After I came back from the hospital I noticed that he lad left the paperwork in the trailer, without getting a signature from me. The trailer is supposed to be picked up today, and once again, no one's saying anything. In short: you are paying wayyyy too much for such poor service and no help/ understanding at all from staff.

      Frank "*****" ******* in El Paso was my Elliptical delivery man, and he is a true ASSET to your company! He was courteous and called to advise he was on his way, showed up promptly, and was very friendly while he worked fast to unload my machine. He worked alone and the machine was huge and heavy, but he did it effortlessly and quickly, and I can't thank him enough . Delivery done July 13, 2023. Thank you Frank for your outstanding service today, You are an asset to the ABF Freght Company,

      I have never been talked to so rudely or should I say talked down to - hung up on - and flatly lied to by customer service for ABF. I have been trying to track down an item that was supposed to be returned to the merchant back in April. This trucking company and the women who in the customer service depart are useless. I even heard the one women after calling again yesterday to find out where this item is - yelling at the other women who was on the phone with me telling her to just hang up on me.- they have told me a string of lies from: they don't have any records on this issue to even telling me the have no phone records when I do have a voice message from one of the workers there back in April. I just got word from the merchant that they do have the item which is a lawn mower however it is so badly damaged they don't even know if they can sell it -then they have or nerve to charge me over $1000.00 for shipping - this company is not only just pathetic but lied abut not having the item. I would seriously re -think doing business with ABF. trucking. They are just horrible people as well as will take your money and give you nothing but grief and destroy your merchandise and then lie about it - now what kind of business does this????? I-

      Well order a deep fryer on the 6th sup. To be here now on the 23.2023 took over 3 weeks to get here. The days on arrival keeps changing an we will see if an when it arrives.
