      I placed an order with Motion Industries on 1/8/24 and realized I ordered the wrong item once I received the package. I called them right away to return this one and order the correct one. Well, let's just say it is 3/13/24 and I still have not had the resolved. I still have the wrong item AND I never got a call back to order the right one. SO, I ordered it from another company with no problems and I keep calling Motion to return this wrong item and they keep telling me that it takes a long time to get a RNA Number to return the item. What are they waiting for?? Till it is to late to return this at all! Think twice about ordering from this company obviously they do not care. I will never order from them again ever and we have been in business since 1974. This is not how you do business. And the people at ********** ** really could care less about your wrong item, helping you get the right one or helping you at all. Do not waste your time on a company that could care less if you order from them or not. HORRIBLE.
