1 starI went to Indochino because they advertises that they provide custom tailored suits for women. I was beyond excited for this experience as I have a new position and have an important day coming soon. The store shows women suits in the window; however, there are no items in the store for women to try on which was a huge disappointment. I told the salesmen how I saw discount codes on the website that I would like applied to my purchase, he said they would be applied at the end of purchase. It seems everything I selected was not available. While being measured, they did not have any female shirts for me to try on with the suit jacket, so I am not sure if the jacket will fit me properly. Custom experience for women is false advertisement if there are no items for women to try on to understand what the finished product would look like. I went to this store expecting such a great experience. I tried not be judgmental; however, I did feel like the salesmen catered to the white male customers and I did not provide me the same treatment. Especially when I inquired about promotions. When it was time to pay, I asked if I could take a few moments to think my purchase over and I would call them to complete my transaction that it was getting late and I traveled over 2 hours to this store, and I wanted to get on the road as it had started to snow. They said No I could not, I had to finish my purchase now or all the information regarding my suit would be deleted. I made my purchase called 10 min later to remind them that the promotions were not added to my purchase they advised that all sales were final and that I could not make any changes. I said that I had inquired about the promotions while in the store and they were supposed to be applied at the end. I asked for a manager and was told that he was the manager and the only thing he would do is note my account for my next purchase, I told him at this rate with their level of customer service there would not be another purchase.Review fromSharon C

1 starMe and my fianc travelled over an hour to choose a fabric for my husbands wedding suit and his 8 groomsmen. When we arrived, we were not greeted by any employee, 2 or 3 were working. We waited 15 minutes before approaching one of the employees, all of them were free and in back of store sitting on a couch talking. The employee that got up from the couch approached us with an attitude and asked what we wanted. I explained that our wedding was in a few months and we wanted to start my fiancs suit process. He told us they couldnt help us because we didnt have any appointment and that other clients would be inconvenienced if someone did help us. My fianc asked him when the next appointment was to which the employee said 45 minutes. 3 employees doing nothing refused us because an appointment was scheduled in 45 minutes. When I started to tell the employee how far we traveled, he stopped me and said THATS YOUR FAULT. Make an appointment and come back.Review fromDominic E

1 starI purchased 2 suits from Indochino with lots of excitement. When both arrived they fit snuggly and looked great. After about 10 months f wear both suit pants tore (not even at a seam, in the center of the fabric) I contacted both the local showroom and online customer service. Online ** said only the showroom can address this and they told me that the pants ripped because they clearly werent fitting right. They refused to replace them.Having spent over $1500 there only to have ripped garments less than a year later is saddening. How can a suit fit poorly to the point that it rips when Indochinos entire business model is custom tailored suits. The business needs to re-evaluate how they train their in store staff as, if indeed the pants were not fit right, then surely it is the fault of the employee that measured me and put the order in. 1 starSpent $1,000. Received $0 of wearable products. As a result, my purchase is a total write off and one thousand dollar cost to me personally. The clothing received is totally different than what was shown online. Texture, thickness, feel, look and style are not at all what was shown online. Instead of "normal" online shopping with a decent returns policy, Indochino offers zero returns. As a result, I am out $1,000 and received items that are unwearable. I reached out to corporate and to the local location for assistance. No help whatsoever. The whole Indochino experience has been a total waste of time, money, and material. Gentlemen. Ladies. Go elsewhere for your apparel. Don't be stupid like me and throw away money on this company.Review fromCassandra G

1 starI would give zero stars, if possiblewe went here for my now husband, then fiances, wedding suit. We inquired in April and was told to come **** in August closer to our October wedding. Made the appointment then and there for July to be safe . First appointment went okay, so we thought, the store *** was helpful in making the choices and showing examples. We paid and went on our way. Received the suit in early August. Completely incorrect measurements. My spouse had to make another appointment to find this out, then got remeasured and ordered the same suit with the help of the ******* GM who happened to be working there (****?). He said it was rush ordered on their dime because of the mistake, estimated arrival in 3 weeks. Its now September, well past 3 weeks and no word. Spouse tries calling and calling, no one answers so he has to make another appt to find out where his suit is. They tell him they dont know and will get back to him. We call in a few hours, still no clue. Next day confirms they ran out of the original fabric and no one contacted them to contact us. We make a 4th appt to pick out new fabrics and go the night before to streamline it. Theyre sold out of every back up fabric we picked. We had to search through stacks of folded fabric for their new line, spent over an hour in store and then they asked him to pay a second time. When we refused he said wed have to call the ******* location where the ** he spoke to worked to place the order. Note, this was the same gentleman as the first appt. Fast forward another 3 weeks, its the week before our wedding. His suit comes in and its wrong, again, exactly the same way it was the first time. Are you sensing a pattern here? We demanded a refund for the suit and went to an off the rack place for a simple black suit so he had something. No one apologized or seemed sympathetic. I tell everyone not to come here, their employees are a joke, their customer service is a joke and the price is not worth it.Review fromEvan K

1 starI got measured. Paid for the suit. Then, nothing was ordered for me. I called a month later to find out the status. The status was I was charged for a custom suit a month ago and my order wasnt placed. I was told by **** at the store that my order wouldnt be placed until I showed them proof I made the payment. this is not right. The point is that when you use a credit card, the store immediately knows the payment went through. Imagine booking a flight or rental car, paying ahead, and then finding out they didnt execute your order. And that they wont execute your order until you prove the payment they received a month ago. Regardless of everything else they offer, the inability to process an order and the frustration at their weird gaslighting practice isnt worth it.Review fromJosep C

1 starOrdered at ******* store. I live in **. They technically measured me. Suit arrived. Nothing fit. Not even close. Jacket was fixed by their tailor in MN store. Fits ok, but no where near a custom fit! Pants were reordered after remeasured in **. ***** arrived again. Worse fit than the first set. Waist fit, which should be the simplest, was missed by a long shot. I am a 34+. The pants came at a 32, if even ******************* is **** Avoid this company at all cost! This is no where near a custom fit. It is actually quite a scam! Since they will never refund.A system designed to failed. It seems purposely.Review fromA. Marc G

1 starTerrible service. Booked an appointment for 3 pm. Showed up at 2:55 pm. "We are just finishing up, it will just be a few minutes." So they said. After being ignored for a half hour, I stood up to ask my status. They offered a 4 pm appointment. I left. Really poor service.
